CNY is here. Though i am not celebrating it, I still have along time to relax and catch up with my studys. Unlike other schools, mine has a longer 'rest' day. If you have been following my blog, you would know that it is due to the good O-level results. Anyway, basically I've been studying for the upcoming exams and obviously updating this blog now and then. At the same time, i've been 'spamming ' my PS2 on the Star Wars game thatb I just got. I'm already at a high level. So, that's about what I did during the CNY.

Well, today my aunt decided to invite me and my relatives. The main purpose of the party is to celebrate the birthdays of those born on the month of January. This includes me, my aunt and her father and her daughter. It was initially to be celebrated at East Coast Park but in the end, we celebrated at my aunt's place. It was already crowded by 4 p.m. . Anyway, there were many activities in store for us. The first thing we did was passing-the-parcel. Though I was to old for this types of games, I was still forced to play since I was one of the ' VIP'. I thought I would not be the ' victim' of the forfeits, but things went otherwise. I had to where my shirt the other way around! I was so embarrassed.
Anyway, back to the party. By time it was 6 p.m., the birtday cake was cut. We ate the dishes there. after that we played more games which is impossible to list. By 10 a.m., it was already time to leave. I cramped into my uncle"s car with my other relatives since my father was not present at the party. What an enjoyable day I thought to myself.

The O-level results are out. The highest scorer had an L1R5 of 6 points. The average score for my school was a solid L1R5 0f 10.5. Like the years before, our principal would decide whether we should deserve a 1/2 day rest. But this year is diferent. My principal decided that we would be released 2 periods earlier. We would then have to attend school at 9:30 a.m on the following Monday. Over that, we will get a full-day rest on the Wednesday after Chinese New Year. Wierdly, the ex-sec 4 students had a higher L1R5 than last 2 years sec 4 students. Maybe the principal was in a good mood. What ever it is I'm glad he made the right decision.
Anyway back to the usual and boring stuff. I received a project for my D&T. We are supposed to make a diorama based on Macbeth. I wanted to be the stage designer but the place was taken. In the end I became the character designer. Guess can't get everything I want. The only thing I'm not sure of is what the theme for the diorama would be.

The O-level results are out today. I hope they would do well in their exams. Not only would it benefit them but to us too. We would might have school for half a day only! Other things that would benefit us are like increasing standards, make us proud and things like that. All I hope for tomorrow is a more exciting unlike today. I'm almost done with the EL project. Hope I will get a excellent score for it.

This is my first time I'm having my own blog. I would'nt have started it if my EL teacher, Mrs Rama told me and my class to start on 1. I had fun constructing it. The only problem I have is with the blogskin. Mine looks LAME , I know. So please help me in this situation.
Today is a rather boring day for me. The EL Department decided that we are suppose to go for a creative presentation course. But it would only be done on the second semester. To me it should start on the first semester. This is so as more projects on theb first semester. I would need more skills so that I could do better in them in terms of presentation. On top of the course, is my math project. we are supposed to measure the diameter of our school crest which is
sssooo large! To be sincere I'm not so sure how to do it.
